Garden Tool!!!!!!!!! Help!!!????!!!!!!?
I need a tool that can cut thick weed, shrub, and like mid size plants. IT has over grown in our backyard and need to kill it. IT is pretty hard since it is elevate on a 35 degree slop upwards. I need a tough machine that can brake branches and other stuff.
IT look like a forest
On a 35 degree slope, I recommend hand tools (a good bucksaw, a good pair of lopping shears) for such work. It’s far too steep for power machinery like a brushhog.
Make sure you’re just removing weeds and not native species.
If you’re determined to grub it all out, there’s a tool called a Pulaski, available from forestry supply companies.
You’ll need to think about how to keep that slope stable, now and in the future, if you remove the vegetation. Insurance rarely covers mudslides, especially if you’re the root cause of them.
You need a brush cutter – call an equipment rental place in your area. The brush cutter is kind of like a mower, but with stronger blades and more room below to allow the branches to be cut up – some of them have a grinder or chipper on them to turn the branches into mulch.
